HOW TO LIVE LIFE... AS IF ON VACATION

Have you ever noticed that sometimes foreign countries can appear to be better than our own country?

With less problems... more connected people... a more peaceful life?

Well, this is because when we are in a foreign country, it is easier to IGNORE the media... the politics... the crazy government regulations... and the local debates and controversies going on.

We see what is ACTUALLY going on around us with the REAL people in that location.

Well, we can choose to IGNORE all the bullshit in our own countries too! 😊

We DO HAVE CONTROL over what "virtual/media/not-here" shit we expose ourselves too.

We DON'T HAVE TO go diving into all those painful emotions about topics we wouldn't even be thinking about otherwise.

.

If the media and authorities seem to be encouraging us to WORRY, to RAGE, or to feel NEGATIVE EMOTIONS about any topic...

Then, we can pretend that we are in a foreign country, and we can purposefully IGNORE what the "locals" are paying attention to. 😊

Instead, we can focus on...

- Practicing LOVE & HONESTY with others and with ourselves...

- Viewing EVERY INDIVIDUAL as an amazing, EQUAL, spiritual being...

- And TRULY CONNECTING with the people we encounter in our lives. ❤️
