HOW I IMPROVED MY RELATIONSHIPS WITH MY CHILDREN, HUSBAND, & OTHER MOTHERS...

I felt so much pressure as a young mother... I felt I had to be perfect in every single way...

This pressure made me feel so many painful emotions like Shame, Guilt, and Fear... which was putting a WALL between myself and my children, husband, and other mothers. :(

So, I did tons of research...

And it turned out that these emotions were not actually inherent to motherhood at all. <3

It was our society that was shaming all of us... and guilt-tripping... fear-mongering... devaluing... and isolating...

It turned out I WAS good enough for motherhood, no matter how much I had been made to feel I had failed.

And by truly believing that I was good enough, I automatically radiated to my children, husband, and other mothers... "YOU TOO ARE GOOD ENOUGH, JUST THE WAY YOU ARE." <3

Our society shames mothers, and in turn... mother shame their children, their partners, and other mothers... :(

But, we CAN put a stop to all this shaming!!

It is by understanding HOW our society shames all mothers that we can free ourselves from these painful emotions once and for all.

We can then connect better with EVERYONE... our children, our partner, other mothers, and the whole wide world. <3 .
