CIKK: Mi a társadalmi megközelítés a szorongásnak és a depressziónak?

In our society, if someone has problems with anxiety or depression... we usually blame the INDIVIDUAL themselves.

We assume that the problem must lie in the INDIVIDUAL's mind, personality, thoughts, beliefs, or biology.

I, on the other hand, see anxiety and depression as being a SOCIETAL problem.

When I say this... people accuse me of shifting the "blame" from the individual to society.

In our society, we believe that there always has to be SOMEONE to blame. So, if I am not blaming the individual, I must be blaming society...

NOTHING could be further from the truth. <3

What I am saying is that we don't have to blame ANYONE at all!

The answer lies in UNDERSTANDING why such high percentages of people have these problems in our society.

This understanding allows us to RISE ABOVE the SOCIETAL CAUSES of these problems... and set ourselves free.

We neither "blame" ourselves or "blame" society...

We UNDERSTAND society and why we found ourselves in this predicament... so that we can set ourselves free!

What do you think of these ideas?

Have you had similar experiences?

Let me know if you'd like to find out more.
