I THOUGHT MY PROBLEM WAS ME... BUT IT WASN'T...
When I had SOCIAL ANXIETY... I thought the problem was ME...
- "I was a social failure."
When I had DATING ANXIETY... I thought the problem was ME...
- "I wasn't beautiful enough."
When I had POSTPARTUM ANXIETY... I thought the problem was ME...
- "I wasn't a good enough mother.'
When I had INTERNET ANXIETY... I thought the problem was ME...
- "I wasn't good enough to be online."

With EVERY SINGLE ANXIETY I have ever had... I thought the problem was ME...
I was 100% convinced every single time...
Except that "I" wasn't actually the problem...
My problem was SHAME.

I know this might knock you off your chair...
I know you might start arguing with me...
I know that you might block me and never want to hear another word I say...
But yeah... YOU aren't the problem.
The problem is FEELING that you are the problem...
