I have this issue...
that I have never been able to solve...
It just stays and stays...
making my life a living hell...

Is there some way I could change my own mind...
Change my perspective...
Change the way I live my life?

What if I start talking about it?
Start giving it a name?
What if I write out exactly what I feel and why?
Then will I find a solution?
What IS the solution?
I won't know until I give this process a try...
